I'm disappointed but not shocked. I'll be honest, I didn't really notice how bad his chin was until someone on here pointed out something in the Sexton fight. I watched it again and saw it, then saw it again in the Skelton fight. I still think his power can take him somewhere in a pretty weak division. Fury has no chin either, he's just being protected against non-punchers.

That's it, he done well to get this far, his size is the reason he wins.
That is a bit harsh - he has big power and he knocks out just about everyone he fights. However, there were questions about his chin, and he didn't get the chance to land enough clean shots on Thompson to make a dent.

He can learn from this. Some times punches come back at you from strange angles - probably a good idea to err on the side of caution.

Price is very predictable. Look at his last 5 fights and watch him in the first 2 rounds. He throws combos like khan and all it takes is for a guy to punch with him and its over.

For me Price looked abit amateurish tonight. Showed he still has alot to learn. What a mistake on the inside he makes left his self exposed and paid the price for it.

I am actually gutted, I thought Price could have gone places but if he's getting knocked out by Thompson I don't think he will do too well against better fighters, I seriously think Fury could beat him.

Fake fans disappear. Real ones don't. Wlad fans certainly did not jump ship when he was ko'd by Ross Purity.

Agreed with the real fans comment, but don't think wlads loss to purity can be equated to this, it was in the later stages of a fight he dominated and don't think he actually went down in that fight. Price should try to emulate wlad's style tho, say what you want about it its effective as hell and I think maybe a whole fifty punches been landed on him over the last seven or eight years

I hear ya but this is boxing. It was his 15th fight. Many greats have been laid out early in their career.
He got caught with a punch he didn't see by a southpaw much like Wlad did from that southpaw dragged off the golf course. Shit happens man. Its part of the sports fabric. Price needs learn from it, dust himself off and get back on the horse. Oh I'm not a fan of his. The only heavyweight I like is Perez who at present is to busy smashing Irish chicks.
