that was the worse film i ever seen, dont think i have ever seen such bad acting how the hell mark walhberg ever gets any roles is beyond me, is acting is wooden to say the least. I enjoyed sixth sense & thought unbreakable & signs were some of the best films of all time but the village was shite & not seen lady in the water(if thats what its called) cos the reviews were so poor.
This looks worth watching!

Yeah, this does look a little spooky. Nothing like a killer virus to scare the shit out of people. Speaking from experience, I was here in Toronto during the SARS crisis in 2003. 40 dead, thousands quarantined. That was real scary. It could have been much much worse, except the health officials eventually determined that SARS was not the most contagious of illnesses.
a low budget british made for tv film called woman in black. spooky as hell and i couldnt sleep for nights afterwards ha.
It may be that the virus is airborne, therefore possibly transmiiable through air ducts, I don't know.
I can't recall how it originated, but I remember that the source was more or less traced back to one particular building somewhere in China. It came to Toronto via an infected person from China who flew over on an airplane. At first it seemed to be confined to the hospitals, but my heart sank when I heard that a clerk in a store had caught it. Like I say, it was lucky it wasn't more contagious, although we didn't know that at the time.
Evil Dead. I saw it 25 years ago, and I'm still traumatized by it.![]()
Yeah things got pretty heavy for a while. It was tough for doctors and nurses for sure. I'm 99% sure at least one doctor and nurse who were treating people contracted the virus and died. In hindsight, probably too much time elapsed between the first reports of the illness and the authorities taking official action.
