I just recently watched this one and no one has mentioned it. My god was this a robbery.

Carlos Navarro loosing to Derick Gainer that was painful to see/hear the scores.

Also mentions to Huerta loosing to Raymkulov

I don't understand why these two topics were merged

    Worst call referred to referees.

    Biggest robberies referred to judges.

Seen far too many to choose just one.
DeLa Hoya vs Sturm - Sturm won easily, Made DLH eat jabs all night.
Hatton vs Colazzo - thought Colazzo edged it, Hatton just wasn't as dominant at the higher weight.
Sven Ottke vs anybody - (Still remember Robin Reid getting a warning for punching?)
David Barnes vs Jimmy Vincent - everyone knows Jimmy vincent deserved all but 1 round for his finest performance.

    also -

Just about any medocre with britains big promoters seems to be granted a win wether better than the opponent or not.
Boxing isn't just about who's better or trains harder, but who you know and how much money they've put behind you.

Carlos Maganas insatiable blood lust. Shame that Moore's corner possessed zero empathy as well.

Biggest boxing robbery is Park Si Hun vs Roy Jones no question, that was just disgusting.

In the pro ranks, I'd have to say Chavez vs Pernell, the simple fact being that NO ONE disputes that Pernell won that fight. Other robberies in the past have people on each side of the fence, but there is absolutely no one on Chavez's side of the fence for that decision, which is amazing seeing as how popular JCC is.

Some decisions I thought were complete robberies...

James Toney vs Sam Peters 1 (Had toney winning 8 rounds)
Tito vs Oscar (had Oscar winning convincingly)
Dave Tiberi vs James Toney (Toney came in out of shape, gassed, and pretty much dominated)
David Lemieux = Future MW Champ and P4P King

Ali-Norton III was awful, especailly watching Norton's agony after realizing he had been robbed of the undisputed championship he was never to hold. He was technically champ after Leon Spinks refused to fight him, but hardly anyone recognizes that, and in his first defense he lost to Holmes in one of the top 10 heavyweight bouts of all-time. One of the more unlucky fighters in history, and probably the greatest heavyweight never be recognized the undisputed champ.

It was 117-111 and he should never be allowed to judge another fight.

Hell, even worse than I remembered. 9 rounds to 3 for Spinks? Good lord

I just found this read up on this fight between John David Jackson vs Martin Camara.

[b]Martin Camara had been down 5 times but in the 11th caught Jackson and had him out for a 10 count. He was declared the winner by KO but an hour later the referee bizarrely said the round had alreayd ended. Later, the WBO then called it a no-contest in perhaps one of the biggest robberies in boxing history.
