You might want to rethink your list there JT, its pretty amatuerish! Corrales, once again God rest his soul was nothing special at all. He has one really entertaining fight with Castillo, and then Castillo comes back to dominate him the second fight. Your Mayweather likes to pick fights with people who have popular names but arn't dangerous. Again, pound for pound Barrera, Morales, and JMM would whip the mess out of all of those names mentioned, no question. Mayweather has ducked the likes of Cotto and Margarito for some time now! Seriously if your gonna make a list of names make sure their good boxers not good at taking punishment and making mayweather look good. I cant believe you put Gaitti on that list. Pathetic!
Diego Corrales was nothing special ? do you realize he was one of the top P4P fighters in the world when Floyd Mayweather fought him ? and that mostly everyone had it as a 50-50 fight ? its pretty easy to say with hindsight that he was nothing special, when the fact is he was KO'ing all of his opponents at that time, and was considered one of the most dangerous fighters at that time.Jose Luis Castillo beat Steve Johnston x2, and also beat a prime Joel Casamayor, in his prime he was a top fighter. Then you have other opponents like Genaro Hernandez, who had a win over the great Azumah Nelson. And had never lost at Super Featherweight when Floyd Mayweather fought him. And Angel Manfredy who was always a good fighter and had wins over Jorge Paez, Arturo Gatti, Ivan Robinson, and almost beat Paul Spadaforda who was a class fighter who is still undefeated.I would go into his other opponents but i don't need to, i've already made an article about Floyd Mayweather's Jr's list of opponents. Maybe you should check it out, but i would say overall Floyd Mayweather has got a better resume than Manny Pacquiao. Manny Pacquiao may have better single wins, but if we are talking overall then Floyd Mayweather Jr wins it no question.

Also as far as this ducking thin go's, its been pretty well documented that as far a scheduling fights go Mayweather and the others had fights booked with other opponents..

I can be assed to bang on the 8mil mythical offer Floyd refused, only to fight the linear Welter in the world..

Cotto had other things going on as well, latest was fighting Mosely last November when Floyd was set to meet Hatton in December, Margarito got beat by Williams and got in the back of the line to fight Johnson, Cintron, Cotto.

    Where is the duck?

Your not good at this whole fact/logic/intelligence thing are you?

It's already been recorded in boxing history that he did duck Antonio Margarito.

    You can't deny it JT.

    Stop the hugging... will you

BTW, JT. Your sig makes me puke...
No bruce it has clearly not been recorded, artfully contrived video clips, dont prove anything.. See I would try to explain it to you how matches are made in Boxing and the how it was not logical for Arum to have 8 mil to fight Margarito... 8 mil bruce!!! what guy who couldnt sell out a 7-11 parking lot at the time(Margarito) could generate that kind of revenue??Only a few on this forum knew who the guy was, Sugar Shane isint even getting close to that in their fight next month..

So why would Floyd take a bogus offer, to fight a guy that was considered by most mediocre at best at the time.. When he made a solid confirmed 8 mil to fight the universally recognized Lineal Welterweight Champ of the world Answer that for me please!!!! Nevermind your a BS artist anyway

So how come Pac hasnt fought Valero who was calling him out a while back? Undefeated won all fights by KO almost all in the 1st round Was Pac ducking him? No because Pac had moved onto better things, bigger weight class and high profile fights... Because Pac earned the right and thats how the business of Boxing works most of the time

Bruce I am done with you seriously, you under your own admission know little about boxing, and are a PAC fan only, so anything outside of flipping questions back onto other people when confronted about topics, just exposes your ignorance.. Which is no big deal really, until you step up like Mr. big balls thinking your the end all be all... When its clear your a boy in a mans game and way over your head...
That right there is 100% fact and can not be disputed.

Nonito, Im afraid those names just arn't that impressive. Theres a reason hardly any of them fight on HBO ppv's, because they just havnt quite made it. Im not saying tha Diaz is a huge win for Pacquiao but he did destroy him. If you want to look at it this way, he beat Judah. That name is always on Mayweathers list of opponets.

Come on now. No way. Baldomir is far from great. But he was the lineal, undisputed champion at one time. All Diaz ever been is a paper champion. He beat a non-champion for a vacant title. Big difference.

Bet your eyes glassed over and ya stood muttering to yourself when all of that actual name depth came yourway huh Temp Troll.Off to Pacquiaos Face book you go Corky.Btw....If PPVs & HBO dates are a sign of a fighter " making it" then Gatti may not be that 'pathetic' after all.Been a headliner in some aspect on there since before Pac was getting KTFO by his gardner.

True that may man... Never looked at it that way, since I saw Bado as a flash in the pan and had a good little run... His preparation met opportunity with Judah and gatti

Baldomir was never very good, champ or not (Zab just sucks, unless he's focused) better than Diaz though.

Spic, I dont know why I continue to reply to your ignorance! Hopkins lost at the very beginning of his career! I guess he sucks to huh? Who gives a royal rip if someone loses at the begining of their career! You have to progress you idiot! Your not going to be superstar at the start. Spic do me a favor and find a new hobby, your idiotic remarks are a crime against humanity!

I think the point is, we all know Manny is better than that just like Hopkins turned out... My issue is Mayweather is still in his prime and has showed an amazing ability to adapt.. You brought up Castillo early on that he gave Mayweather problems as well as Judah early on... Floyd progressed every fight and has showed a new dimension in his game everytime out, no matter who its been against..

Mayweather Vs Hatton... Most will say Floyd cheated and bent the shit out the rules but that style was Hattons bread and butter, Floyd put it on him, roughed house and was CRAFTIER than Ricky... No one expected that, everyone said Floyd would Potshot and run all night and Ricky would catch him and grind him down... Floyd was the one who grinded him down and out muscled him. Floyd showed that he was durable tough and had one Fuck of a mean streak and wasnt afraid....

My point is Levi, that you cant pin your opinions on the fight and say Manny is evolving but ignore Floyd is too

Fukk PBF. That fraud avoided Cotto and Margo and retired in his prime.

Hope he comes out of retirement coz he's on Pac's torture list.

Against better judgment and realizing it just bumps up a functional inbred and a spiraling thread....But nice swerve into a tantrum Corky, please find me one time in which I stated Pacquiao 'sucks',just one?Or any shot at his skill set?As opposed to you easily and,in your own ignorance, slate an obviously talent rich fighter and his established resume against quality fighters,Castillo,Gatti,Corrales ETC. in a feeble attempt to enhance your favorite fighter. Its really that simple Temp Troll.Enjoy the flush Levi!Btw....you can not begin to talk to me about Hopkins.....so go lay down!
