This guy seems to remind me of a kid that transferred to our school when I was maybe 14, 15, and told one person that he was actually there monitoring the school on behalf of MI5. Naturally, that statement was known by everyone in the school within the hour, and just about everybody was goading him from then on about it.
Eventually he got expelled as the teasing/bullying got too much and he brought an air-pistol to school and shot another pupil in the leg.

Basically, they're both sad cases who don't quite realise how ridiculous they are.
