You know what's funniest about "the girls from school" all of them are now fat and minging.
Dodged a bullet or two there I think.

There is of course a lot of things I'd do differently but this is very easy to say looking backward. Still, I did need almost all of these mistakes to learn something and to deal better with important things, especially as these things are even more important as we grow up older. I'd only accept to go back in the past and change most of them if by some magical trick I could repair the mistakes but still keep the memories of these events when I screw up in order to keep the experience.

Nothing I care to leave a permanent online record of.
I'm a bit older then most folks on this forum, (63) I have a great job, a super good marriage, and most all the of the perks that come with a good life. Do I have any regrets? You bet I do, I just try not to dwell on them.
I very much regret not taking better care of myself over the years. Bits and pieces seem to be falling off like a used car. I regret all kinds of things really, but it's better not to dwell on the past too much as life is short enough already. Too much dwelling and bam it's at an end and you are being devoured by the worms.
Only regret I have is not being able to bitch slap (KO) a few posters on here.
God, this is such a depressing thread full of well adjusted people that are getting on with their lives. Fuck you all!
Regrets:
1) Drinking too much.
2) Not looking after my weight.
3) Career choices.
4) Not working harder to stay in touch with people.
5) Not travelling enough.
6) Wasting money on pointless stuff thus reducing my ability to do the really meaningful stuff.
7) Selling out.
Making choices that were not the best ones morally, and regretting them later.
I've not put these in order, and my drinking is at a reasonable level for the last few years, but when I was young it caused a lot of problems.
And don't get me started on women....that's been a minefield of bad decisions and worse behaviour.
I regret how last week I attempted to do the washing up and in the process smashed two plates. Not only did I smash the plates but I got a shard of plate stuck in my foot and there was lots of blood. It wasn't very nice.
