Although at the K-1 championships, Don Frye and Ken Shamrock had one of the best nose to nose staredowns ever.

the don frye ken shamrock staredown WAS intense...

that was a fun hype job that was done, and they legitimatley seemed to dislike each other

To me, Larry Holmes was the best. He looked like. . .just evil. Like his opponents must've been wondering, "What's wrong with this guy"?

But if you can catch the Shamrock-Frye, it was classic!

Uh..no he wasn't. Tarver is an ass clown. George Foreman and Fraizer had a hell of a stare down, Fraizer didn't flinch either. Tyson used to scare them b4 the staredown even. He'd be in his corner pacing back and forth like a lion and then look up at his opponent, that scared the shat outta most of em, particularly Spinks.

I agree, hands down, a staredown from a PRIME Foreman would be the most scariest ever!!!

He didn't even look frightened by Frazier... but in reality he actually was. He later said that he hoped Frazier would stare into his eyes, only because if Frazier looked down, that Foreman was afraid that he'd see his [Foreman's] legs shaking.

Foreman always looked intimidating when he was young. Always! haha

mcneely: tyson has to be one of the most bizarre fights ever....tyson looked pretty mean at the staredown stage....

    thanks I guess
In all seriusness thought his statement is true though, tyson, holyfield, fraziers, formenas may not be particularily model types but they have a character to their mean look, there are some that are just plain ugly, kind of like a hemi barracuda sure i doesnt look like a sexy corvette or ferrari which is like having a hot blonde but its a mean ugly in a cool way, now a edsel is just plain ugly
