I dunno - Evander is still fighting, so I don't see why Mr T can't pose around in front of a camera for a few hours a day.

Physically I just think he's built wrong for it though, no matter how good his acting was I just don't think he'd get away with it.

1st he can't grow a mohawk (not that I would expect MCD to grow one) and 2nd no one will pay $8 to hear BA Barracus slur his way through a movie.

If Mr T was in it it would be stupid... I expect most of the cast would make a cameo but if your gonna put Mr T in it you'd have to go the whole hog and put all of the original cast in it and that just wouldn't work.

Pair him with Jack Black..the hilarity wouldn't stop! Seeing Michael Clark Duncan freak out at the thought of flying in a plane, then having crazy eyed Jack Black slip him a Micky...oh man it would be great!

MCD: "I ain't flyin in no plane!", "Murdock, you a fool!"

Yes but Colin isn't playing him as an irishman is he? He will no doubt call upon his acting and voice skills to recreate an American accent.

    Ya think?

If your reasoning for being displeased is because Colin is irish in real life and that crockett in the TV series isn't irish then by that rationale the only person fit to play corkett would be Johnson himself. Simply because any other guy that steps up to play him will in some way or another be different from the beer swilling johnson.

    Flawed argument big fella

He wasn't playing Alexander as Irish either and yet oh wait a second, he sounded Irish.

And the whole handlebar moustache thing, it's a shame....I mean did Ireland get Miami Vice when it was in production?

Christian Bale would have been better, that's all I'm saying

Sorry but Christian Bale would have been a terrible piece of miscasting had he been placed in the role. Thats my opinion. I could not see him as crockett in a million years.

He'd still be better than Colin Farrell!

    1) He has the hair
    2) He has the attitude
    3) He's American
    4) He could pull off the clothes better

Jamie Foxx was the best choice for Tubbs though
