i think your body goes through a dead time. im finding it extremely difficult to get down to 125 i just cant pass 133 right now for two weeks ive only been eating tuna fish bread and cereal. all the snakes i eat are very low calorie and low fat. Ive probably been eating less than 1500 cals a day but i still cant drop weightOriginally Posted by Sheps
Means,idea of fruit is good in fact its a good idea to just eat fruit, for a whole day and nothing else. One thing about the morning, your metobalisem does not reach a peak to do extreme work, until 4 hours after waking up.
