Right now Valuev if he wants a step up fight he should fight Monte Barrett. because right now anyone world class would beat him badly.

i just dont agree starr. valuev would be a piece of crap if he were the size of a normal human. however , he is a f-ing giant. hence the 0 on his record.

Well honestly I see him as a 7 foot 320 pount heavybag with a jab....the unfrozen caveman heavyweight will be beaten and beaten badly

I think many Heavyweights can outspeed him and beat him on the inside like he's going to push them away and try to force distance but he wouldn't get away with all of it. Size matters only if the fighter can use it, he uses his size to overpower and not use distance and will get beaten with speed one day since he is open for everything, make him move his feet, zip in and hit him then spin out before he can get to you and make him come towards you again.

good arguement , but if he gets some one specialized in training 10 foot tall guys, nick wont fall for it and the other guy has to come to him.

Yep. The people who swing wildly and leave openings or are content to just stay on the outside and swing away from a long distance are the people he beats, but an inside outside fighter he has trouble with.

if he learns (BIG if) to develop a big george type defense.and a sort of rope a dope style and then pops them. he could (BIG could) become...

"People underestimate Valuev. When he finishes learning combinations, like you saw tonight, he will be awesome," said Don King, who has a piece of the 32-year-old Russian. "He will unify the division."

    unlikely, but you never know.

I've got faith in the big guy. In the meantime I'll continue to proclaim how much better he is than Wladimir just to annoy Lyle

Who has Valuev beat that Wladimer wouldn't have knocked out sooner?

    Timor Ibragimov

He beats then all except the first 2 on the list, Peter and brewster have a punchers chance.

    Valuev has 44 total fights

Valuev fought 5 guys who had either never fought before or never won a fight before

Valuev has only fought 31 guys with winning records

2 of those 31 were John Ruiz and Larry Donald they comprise the only true threats he has fought and he won via majority decision over both of them IN GERMANY. And yes he gets gifts from the judges in Germany.

I think ANYONE has a good chance vs Valuev, he doesn't punch hard for as big as he is, probably p4p the WEAKEST puncher in the division

yes so he dosent "punch hard for as big as he is". so how hard do you think he punches? like a 240 lbs guy, 250 ,260 , etc...?
