the bottom line is..if a fighter is no longer throwing punches and is being hit by them or seems defenceless at any time the ref needs to either stop the fight or issue an eight count...was an 8 count an option in this fight?..i'm asking because I don't know...if there was no mandatory 8 count in the rules there is only 1 option in that the ref must stop the fight.....
The problem is. Camacho WASN'T GETTING HIT!!!!

it doesn't matter If only 1 punch of the 20 or so got thru with no retaliation the ref is forced to stop the fight regardless...your not allowed to just sit there for 20 unanswered shots.... speaking of shots..Hows Wacko after that RBR effort?
It feels good to be back home.

No. Camacho was doing good defending himself, he wasn't getting hit or taking punishment. I would like to see a rematch. And I think if he had boxed move as usual and won a boring decision everyone would be saying he's scared to fight, he actually got out there and slugged and if he didn't win you over in thr 5th then you can't see past the hate. Like I said I was NOT a Camacho Jr fan and I wanted him to lose. but he won me over. Rather I'll just be keeping more of an eye on him.

I see your point..... we're going to have to agree to disagree on this one... your point is just as valid....it ultimatly comes down to the refs decision...and I do hope he gets a rematch.....I like him more than I liked his father...that's not saying much though....
