thats just not impressive, he proved he cant avoid punches from a slower less tactical opponent, IMAGINE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN V spinks, hatton, judah, castillio, EVEN witter or Ndou would KTFO magalini...
and big vladdy dont quit, the end of the brewster fight showed he was willing to get up even if it meant he would die from exaustion...

Any relation?
Maybe he just needs that little bit of money to survive, and it's not his love for the sport.Originally Posted by Saddo

I rarely see anyone bringing up Reid's name. He works with my roommate teaching boxing at an MMA school.Originally Posted by bigragu
He isn't a quitter, why do you think everyone is respecting him, he kept trying against Cotto even when he went through all those difficultiesOriginally Posted by SalTheButcher
He didn't go into a shell or resort to dirty tactics he tried to WIN and kept trying to win till the final bell. Unlike some other fighters who love to talk trash

Don't know how you can say that after the effort he put forth. he actually attempted to back up the talk. Didn't you say he was weak and a puss and would crumble after the first hard body shot. he didn't crumble did heOriginally Posted by SalTheButcher
in fact he tried harder, you got to at least give props to him for that.
But...and I'm not knocking Malignaggi, but he wasn't the pure boxer he was made out to be.Originally Posted by Starr

and sal is the biggest bum on the forum![]()
My point is he went out there to back up every single word he spoke never quit or gave up when things weren't going his way and despite what he went through still won a few rounds. He impressed and earned a few fans. Most talkers just panic when things don't go his way. And for it to be Paulie's 22nd fight he got a headbutt cut, a broken jaw, orbital bone and nose. And he never quit and responded well. Can you name me any other prospect that had to face that and responded wellOriginally Posted by SecondRoundKO
