Well mine is a somewhat different variant of this machine, mine is called Cableflex and is a little over $1200. .this one from Ringside looks to do the same type thing. fighter in the gym like it its not cables like mine , but it should serve the same purpose? This Ringside productis only $19.00 , but if you have used it and its sucks then scratch my input! my apologies !

Von its simple really. when you want to study or think deep what do you do. Well I shut my eyes, my parrifferel vision is exelent, so I have to many distractions to think [feel] Tell you what, go and watch a blind runner run, they have perfect posture because when they run they only have feel watch blind people walk, when they know there safe they have better balance than people with sight and usually better ears

IMO punching with weights might increase handspeed a bit but will not help with power one ounce. Due toi gravity the weight is trying to go down not out hence your muscles are fighting to keep the weight horizontal...this not not increase power. Like someone else said use reistance bands anchored to a point and punch through using your entire body. That shadowboxer bit of kit is useless and doesn't reuire you to move your whole body through the punch.

Best bet for developing power is to use resistance bands anchored to a low point and punch through using your entire body then drill this like fuck into the heavy bag. Your power will grow by a huge amount.

Forget punching with weights, for power development its futile and more that likely will cause you shoulder probs.

These things weve been testing and find them excellent they are made byLifeline check them out Web site www.lifelineusa. com The power pushup for shadow boxing is great. The tuf nex weve been using for shadowboxing and is brilliant for posture.
