Forget it all. Soap and water, rip your face to bits with a bic then splash on the aftershave...not mositurising balm.

Don't smoke or drink and drink loads of water...thats the best for your skin.

most of our ageing is down to the sun and genetics, if you wanted to really help your skin you should wear sunblock.

Oh and stay fit...ensure you have decent cardio which pumps the blood all round the body and gets blood flowing to the capiliaries under the skin.

You can use all the fookin products under the sun but if you booze lots, smoke and are a couch potato then your skin will look shat and leathery, you will have crows feet galore and generally just look shat.

Don't even use soap on my face.... hold my breath under a boiling hot bath for a minute or two and lightly scratch my skin... only 'male grooming' product I really use is post shave balm on my neck... cos I get shaving rash (might not even get it any more... keep using the cream anyway though... 'king of shaves KG-3' or something... (no not fucking KY Jelly :P)

If you have congested skin or dull skin the ALA face firming activator is worth trying - I would not use it in the day as it contains glycolic acid (chemical exfoliant) so may sting after shaving but does perk up the skin.

If you have really dry skin then the Vitc Ester Cream is great. I often layer the two products. Gives the skin a great glow and great under make up.
