Dude you look strong for that weight ! find a boxing gym , and start knocking em out ! remember form is the key, throwing punches correctly, full extension, and good balance and leverage and sweet dreams to the other guy ! Good Luck ! stay away from the weights ! you don't want to get any bigger . sit-ups like crazy, and push up like crazy !

Thanks alot, but the gym is kinda outta the question for awhile. The nearest one is 50 miles, and I cant afford that. Guess I will see what I can teach myself.

You got a good light weight boxing build , but as Adam said something like, you just gotta see if you feel strong and fast punching as you are . People dont really bulk for boxing unless your a heavy weight or moving up in class

Unfortunately after watching Calvin’s last fight , that’s what it looked like “ That he learned from watching it on DVD” man was his last fight a snooze fest. No technique just posing and hugging. If Your going to hug on someone that much you need to blow them a little kiss ! Anyway that’s for another topic ! Good Luck bro !

Thanks Poom, but I live in the woods, and we are running off 56k. Cant really download. Sucks.

I have another question, kinda off topic, but I dont want to start another tread if I dont have too.

Anyone use the exercize machine the Gazelle? Just from what ive been reading on these boards, id have to say that machine would be helpful for boxing training. I use it for getting myself loose, but not really into all that much. Anyone else own one?

Seen the adverts... as a warm up, I can't see it beating skipping and military drills like tucks etc... and for training I can't see it beating a session on the heavy bag or a good session of road work

If you wanna gain mass as an ectomorph you need to:
    1)stay away from cardio
2)lift reall heavy..( 4 sets 10-8-6-4 reps. increase weight each rep)
    3) eat tons of calories.Try protein shakes that are designed for ectomorph. Those usually have like 600 calories per shake.
    4) eat 6 times a day.(2 of those can be shakes.)
5)stay away from steroids and creatine and sh#t like that.

As an ectomorph if you do cardio you're using up your protein as energy since you don't have fat to use up.And since your muscles need lots of enery to grow..well that's where all the carbs come in(pasta, potatoes, rice)

Bulking usually happens in cycles. When you want to bulk you eat alot and lift heavy, after a few months when you're ready to lean out..You lift lighter and do more cario to drop the fat..
    Hope this helps..

Over a period of time excess creatine will fuck your liver and kidneys up. young man what shape are your mother and father that should give you a clue .

    curls 3 sets, 10 reps (28 lbs)
    pushups 5 set 10 reps
brench press 3 sets 10 reps (80lbs, not my max lol)

after those I do shoulder shrugs, lateral lifts, buttery flies, ect.

    any suggestion?
you need to lift heavier and eat alot more....80 pounds for the bench is pretty weak considering you weigh 130 pounds.
Squats, deadlifts and bench press should be in your routine....If you want to gain mass i suggest you go to bodybuilding.com.
