Sure, on over/under you are saying that the fight will last
Over or Under the specified rounds regardless of who wins.
For example on the Mosquera v. Valero fight
Under is 9.5 - so if you pick under you are saying the fight will last less than 9 and a half rounds.
Over is also 9.5 (They are always the same as each other) - so if you pick over, you are saying that
the fight will go longer than 9 and a half rounds.
