2 miles at around 7 min or less per mile....also you will want to incorporate sprints into your routine as well....build up to 20 50 yard sprints (uphill and then jog back down) if you can.....ultimately the speed you run the mile in depends on your weight......

sprints.... cc. It's proven that distance runners who use interval sprint tyraining in their normal routine have better endurance and greater speed over that distance.

jus wondering im using 24 kg dumbells for dumbell press doing 4 sets of 8, reckon over the nxt 6-8 wks i can build up to 26-28 kgs. that any good? ive seen bigger lookin guys using smaller. i also do 4 sets of around 10 at 60 then gradually down to 40 in incline bench 4 sets of 8 dips. nad another 12sets on other chest and tricep machines. is this to much 4 one work out? i like doing every set to failure as i like the struggle is this good?

in my opinion your moving way to fast. you need to run before you do anything. all the pot you smoked is sitting in your lungs right now. and as soon as you do something cardio its going to feel like butterbean is sitting on your chest. you need to drink alot of water and run alot. then after alot of cardio you need to find a gym. show the trainers that you really want to learn and heed what they are teaching. after you have a general idea of what go's on ask your trainer these questions.
