    So when doing weights,what would you recommend? Or would you say to stay away from weights altogether?

    Put it this way, they are not essential.

    You need strength you can use if you are training for a sport, Isolating specific muscles and piling loads of weight on them during the lifts is at best over kill and at worse going to limit your speed and therefor power.

    I'm trying to find a video of a good UFC fighter's weight routine, if weights work for you it's the type of route you should follow, bear with me...

    Lifting heavier will make you be able to lift heavier weights, but it will not make you stronger when it comes to boxing.

    The secret of punching hard and accurate is simple in Boxing dont move your head. at first that sounds crazy, also if you want to avoid punches and not get hit dont move your Head. think about it.
    Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

    I understand the second part without understanding the first part. Why would moving one's head have a bearing on punching hard and accurate?Explain~!!1

    Se se,what would make me stronger for boxing terms,doing weights in what way? I mean I onlly do boxing for fun,still want to look good!

    El Oral [ Head ] stabilty gives you speed and balance and proper form to utilize power

    aaa,I see. Could you enlighten me further on the weights issue,what would be the best way to get stronger without compromising speed?
