    eh, made a typ-o, its 16000-17000kg. They are packages from about 15-20kg per piece. You lift them and throw them to the next person in row, or, if you're on the end of the row, you stack them up properly

    (little calculation: that's about 800-1000 packages to give you an idea see images (couldn't find reallife pictures, lol)):
    Oh, and i mean the square ones, not the round ones

    Tell him he has two choices

    #1 - Weightlift and get muscular now, but be short forever when he grows up (weightlifting is known to stunt growth)

    #2 - wait AT LEAST until he is 16 then do some weightlifting, and reach the full potential of his height.

    there bones aren't fully formed or densened yet, so they will develop problems from applying to much pressure to them.

    you can lift at a young age... just stay clear of lifiting a huge amount of weight... body weight exercises are much safer at that age and as I always preach are much more effective for boxing...

    Tell him To Hit The Punching Bag That Will Get Him A Good WOrkout And Some Skills That Will Actually Be Needed Unlike Weight Lifting
