Problem was that Joe was ruined after the Manilla fight. And he was a shot fighter at that point. If Joe used that style the first time he would have won.
problem is joe was ruined after the first foreman fight----foreman destroyed joe frazier in only 2 rounds---after the fight he was never the same fighter again-- joe was already considerd 2 b a pushover right b4 the mailla fight
