    http://boxingtalk.com/pag/article9740.html

to which oscar responded "we must have 70% to make this fight happen"

    http://boxingtalk.com/pag/article9739.html

which is the same as mayorga got

am i the only one who remembers oscar saying if he ever fights again, its only gonna be mayweather because he wants to go out against the best?

now hes resorted to calling ageing boxers out of retirement and lying about their demands as an alternative to backing up his big talk and stepping in the ring with certain doom (mayweather)

i think he lost all of his heart when he started making those sappy a** music videos

ageing, what the hell are you talking about, both Oscar and Tito have about the same exact amount of wear and tear, the only difference is that Trinidad has retired twice after each and one of his defeats, DLH on the other hand bit down and won world titles after every loss, unlike Trinidad, I've always said it, a real champion comes back and wins another title after losing, Tito never did it, lost to B-Hop, beat Cheriffi, retired, beat Mayorga, loss to Wright, and retired, end, how the hell can Trinidad have the gaul to say that DLH never publicly asked for a rematch, am i the only one that heard him say it loud and clear on many occasions live on HBO, don't tell me Tito never saw any of the big fights that DLH would say it, i think that Oscar is just spitting bullshit about having one last fight, he'll most likely retire next year, but that'll be after he avenges the biggest robbery in the last 10 yrs in the welterweight division, in May, and probably go on to fight Mayweather later in the year and with the help of FM Snr. he'll go ahead and do what so far no one else has been able to do, and that's school Mayweather, and make the Pretty Boy not so pretty, like one of my friends said in defence of DLH, prettiness fades, but gold lasts forever

Truly the point is..Tito really does not want to fight DLH or anyone else. All Tito was doing is telling DLH put up or shut up. Stopping telling the lies and put your money where your mouth is. Tito knew Oscar doesn't want to fight him and Oscar did exactly what was expected.

Not sure if I have commented on this thread...when they get this long...& I've been away from the board for a few...believe that or not...I sometimes forget or miss them...anywho...here goes.

Oscar has nothing to prove...calling him a coward is bordering on stupidity. He's never said NO nor has he backed down from anyone.

Sorry, Tito fans, but Oscar won the first go around & he'd do it again.

As far as Floyd goes...I'm still undecided on the outcome...but I highly doubt Oscar is dodging him.

Personally...I wouldn't be bothered if Oscar retired...he's put in enough time for his fans.

Oscar IS afraid of PBF. What's not there to be afraid off? Afterall, what other fighter out there has the chance to make odlh not only lose, but look like an amatuer in doing so? Sure, there are others out there capable of beating oscar but only one that can embarass oscar and he does not want that.

Whether his is still good is inconsequential. The fact remains that Oscar is without a doubt the biggest draw in boxing. He brings in the casual fans, many of whom will not even know PBF.

80-20 is a little steap, but this may be a starting point so that he can let floyd talk him down to 65%, and everyone will be happy.

For start let me correct you is Felix "Tito" Trinidad, At least the fight against Tito vs B-Hop almos went the distance if ti wasn't for Tito's Dad who was the one that stop the fight, and OScar fight B-hop because tito went in first as he did with Vargas and Mayorga among others then Tito go and fight the guy nobody want it to fight (Winky)since Tito is being TITO dodging no one, Even B-hop wasn't interestd in fighting Winky, why could that be? I like Oscar fighting style but you can't take anything from TITO. After their first and only fight Oscar wanted a re-match and Tito said ok but you got to pay me more let's say 50- 50 adn by that time both where a big public draw so if they did not fight then and now it's all Oscar fault.

And yes Osca is Afraid but not at Tito or PBF I will say at Winky no wonder he sign him in to avoid that confrontation.

Winky is tough fight. He is too defensive and a south paw , you fight guys like that when they mandatory. Wink is not all that crowd pleasing and your not going to look that good win or lose.

I seriously think Oscar really wants this fight.

The only thing that is stopping it is Mayweather's demand of 50-50.
Oscar is only calling Tito out to get Team Mayweather to back down on 50-50.
Smart by Mayweather to stick to his guns (then go down to 60-40 after Baldo),
unless Oscar suddenly retires or fight someone else to still earn millions.

50-50 is fair play.. How can Oscar not like that deal? He would be fighting the pound for pound best in boxing.. should be 60-40 the other way you ask me. I am a huge Oscar fan but fair is fair !
