Floyds defense is the difference for me, speed isn't everything. Mosley was much quicker than Forrest & we all know what happened there... twice.
Mosley was quicker than Winky too and we all know what happened there as well... twice...

Forrest was also undefeated when he met Mosley but he is a couple of inches taller than Floyd with a longer reach and a bigger right hand. Vernon had an 83% KO ratio when he met Shane, Floyd's is 66%, probably irrelevant but interesting none the less.

If Zab Judah had of kept it together and fought aggressive he could of won that fight. IMO at 147 Shane's hands are just as fast, he has a rock solid chin and plenty of power. If he throws more than 1 punch at a time he wins the fight.
cc good points bro, I just saw how Mosley struggled with Wright in the 1st & feel Mayweathers defense is just as good as Winkys & Floyds offense is better than Wrights IMO, I think Floyd wins a fight similar to Winky/ Shane 2.
Shane came very close to winning the rematch and don't forget Wright is argualbly the best MIDDLEWEIGHT in the world, I can't imagine Floyd ever fighting Jermain Taylor to a draw

    great point

winkys a bigger guy and isnt too small for middleweight........floyd is not a middleweight
and i cant imagine pbf ever LOSING to harry simon

In Mosley/ Wright 2 it was more Wright not fighting his fight than Mosley doing anything special. When have you ever seen Wright drop his hands & offer free shots before?

Simon/ Wright was originally announced a draw then the verdict was changed about 5-10 mins later. I had Wright winning that fight.

Floyds skill level is to great for Mosley, although @ lightweight it would have been a closer than it would be now!

The Simon fight was 8 years ago? relevence? lets not forget what Winky did in his very next fight after Mosley, absolutely schooled Tito at 160.

My only worry about Mosley is that he juiced up to much to fight at 154, look what happened to Roy when he dried out
