I remember he was actually braging about the shot in an interview he did a while back while planning his return.
    Fucckin animal.

Aparently he had his azz handed to him the whole fight anyway.

That punk is a bottom feeder if there ever was one. I'm sitting here thinking of more abuse I can dish at the guy, but it would be just too cruel, even for a cave dwelling thug like Butler.

nah! it couldn't have been, he was jailed for that maybe an interview from jail or something.
He coudn't have been planning a comeback he was immidiately banned from boxing never to return.

I remember seeing it live on ESPN. If I'm not mistaken it was right after 9/11 and was some kind of benefit for the NYPD and maybe the FDNY. After Butler threw the sucker punch the audience was chanting "Lock him up." Later he murdered Kellerman's brother. He's in prison where he belongs. What a disgrace to the sport of boxing and to humanity in general.

Wouldnt you love to chuck him in the ring with Klitshko(by 2), Lennox, Tyson(prime), Tua and Mercer all at the same time. That is a death i would LOVE to see.

I googled this Butler scum, and I found out he beat Kellermans brother to death with a hammer.
Kellerman's brother gave this trash a place to stay, till he could get back on his feet. Nice way to return a favor.

The fact we pay taxes to give this cretin 3 squares and a bed, says it all.

I remember he was on cold pizza while planning his comeback with Richard Grant and he brought him there to publically apologize to him and they embraced and went out to eat afterwards. I didnt see him bragging

I think you're thinking of Ike Ibeabuchi.

But Butler performed piss poor that night against a guy in Grant whom he should of beat. But he wasn't firing off punches whenever he had any openings and he really just fought lacking any desire. I mean it was disappointing in a Rolando Reyes kind of way so for him to do that at the end...it's bizarre. I mean usually boxers are down on themselves when that happens but he's a whole nother type of animal.

He got 29 years for the Kellerman murder.

It was probably Grant's biggest win up to that point. Heavy underdog going in, all the talk was about Butler and that fight got Grant a title shot. I think he faced Echols or someone like that (maybe it was Montel Griffin) and has been fighting prospects ever since.

Seriously dude, if i remember correctly he was wearing a black polo neck sweater (def not prison clothes) and he was sat by a window (with a nice view) kinda like he was on the 10th floor of a high rise somewhere?

I'll try and look for it.
