Scotty Harrison seems a right MESS! rite now, sad to see really. Decent little fighter he is. Seems he had alot of trouble getting down to 130 after his prison, alchohol problems etc etc, hope he gets through it!

Im gutted about harrisons withdrawl. I like him, but its increasingly hard to sympathise with him. Apaprently warren knew as early as last weekend he was having trouble with the weight - feel they waited a bit too long in making an announcement - to announce it only 2 days beforehand is criminal.

The people who bought tickets must be mighty pissed off - Skelton out, now Harrison-Cook off and the headline event somehow ends up being Fraudley Vs Lard Ass.

Given all the chopping and changing, have they reorganised the TV coverage? I heard the Audley bout was originally on ITV 4, will they now feature live on ITV 1?

    Its a shame for boxing!

I heard that Frank Warren says he will never work with Scott Harrison again. Dont bet on it!

I remember Mr Warren saying the same thing about Danny Williams when he pulled out of the first Skelton! Now he's headlining!!

    Tc
This signiture is up as ante in a 'sig-bet'. Wanna bet anyone?

Frank would promote Satan if the money was right

Im feeling pretty sorry for Harrison, alcoholism is a real illness and would explain (not excuse) the guys behaviour. I really hope he can get his sh*t together and wish him luck.

Scotts camp must of known harrison wasnt going to make the weight, he's massive for featherweight anyway. So to let the fight get as close as it did is a complete piss take. For the record i hope Khan gets ko'd just to piss off Warren even more!!!!!!

Really? He's been lying to himself ever thinking that Harrison would make it to the church on time.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

Well surely, if he knew that he would have a substitute worked out? At at least another fight to add to the bill.

Remember when it was first called off before it was on again, off again etc....he had Enzo Maccarenelli lined up as a substitute but when the harrison/cook fight was back on the Enzo fight was called off, maybe he could'nt a big fight replacement at such short notice,I read today he's trying to get Cook a 10 rounder for 2nite and then a world title shot nxt spring.
As for Scott Harrison I was reading his dad saying on the bbc website that, legal issues aside,he could see Scott coming back at 9st 9lb,thats lightweight innit?
