Ok you just got it. But what's that 40+ SC's, you gotta start behaving, pal, haha. Yes I may be the most loyal Pac fan, but a critical one at that. I'm not a fan who completely ignore or be blind to my boy's flaws and start telling everyone here that he's a superman, though he's quickly becoming one.

Thanx again Wacks. Fans here are just too intense sometimes that they just can't forgive anyone who says anything negative about their boys so I just try to cool 'em off a bit by cracking some jokes once in a while.

He was actually 'boxing' Larios and I've got a strong feeling that he was actually practicing his 'boxing' skills. He had no urge to ko him cuz he even went to touch gloves after each knockdowns. I've noticed in the Grand Finale, he was actually couterpunching Morales, darting in and out - out when Morales attacked and in immediately after that for the attack. His defense definitely improved cuz he got hit less in that fight than any of his other major fights. I can recall only once he was hit badly by a combo, I think on the third round right before or after second kd. This is what many failed to appreciate. Although I may sound like a real pacfan-atic but Pac is fast turning into a complete boxer.

i've been a follower of the pac even before when he was a nobody. in fact i was one of the few members in this forum, aside from miron_lang, who was first touting how good pacquiao is. but then came the horde of nuthuggers and i lay low cos i didn't wanna be branded as one of them. anyways, i'll always be a big fan.

valero has great potentials but is far from ready to face the pacman. even his handlers think he needs 2 to 3 more fights before facing manny. another problem for him is that he couldn't get licensed to fight in the u.s. cos of the head injury he sustained in a motorcycle accident.

i think the fighter with the biggest potential to give manny problems is joan guzman... if only he has more pop in his punches. honestly, i don't think there's anybody at 130lbs right now who can beat pacquiao.

Ya I guess that's what most fans are like, mostly blind on their man's own flaws but always magnifying the smallest of flaws of the opponents'. That's why I try to avoid getting involved too much when the discussion turns into purely fans' tug-o-war. That's why you hardly see my name on those P4P threads or if 'this guy who fought years ago' fight Pac, who wins kinda threads. But ya know, I love it when fans get all fired-up though, as long as they don't go into name-callings - they're lovely 'sights.' hehe.

Right on, pre. Ya I learned of Manny in the 90's when there was special feature on him on Blow-by-Blow. If I remember right, that was after he beat a Thai Orient champ with one shot. But you should've seen Dodie boy Penalosa, he was awesome too but lacked the heart of Manny or even his brother Gerry. He killed his opponents slowly, leaving them in a bloody mess by the later rounds before finishing them off - that's how good he was.

dodie boy, galeeng! the problem is his mobility cos he's a polio victim. with gerry, i think manny's attitude might be rubbing off on him but it might be a little too late.

happy holidays to all! mga p're. cc's all around.

CC Pacfan bro. And I admit,I find alot of Manny fans annoying but you guys posting here are great, not too biased but defend your favourite fighter reasonably. I agree KK,I don't see anyone beating Manny at the moment but he still needs to go out and prove he is the best by beating MAB/JMM and may be Guzman or another name. There are so many great fights to be made,he should not rest on his laurels, and by the end of this sequence,he will have even more $$$ and may be even more fans and respect. I just sincerely hope that this lawsuite is sorted out asap,I would not want anything to stop Pac from performing,he's great to watch and a real asset to boxing.
