Of course he's on top, that's the WBA rankings and he holds the title. Let's see what the Ring says (a little more credibility)

OH Ring Sming! so what belt are they handing out huh? NONE!

That list is garbage! Ruiz is still on it! and he's lower than Toney! Toney should be ranked lower than a snakes belly after his last Fat choked waddle in the ring. And hey! wheres Evander!
And like Punisher said Ali should STILL be like 6 or 7 th

That listing is the OFFICIAL wba rankings!

    get it! ITS OFFICIAL!!!

(ha, lets see them try and argue with THAT!)

the ring doesn't have a belt handed out because there's no bum that has proved he's worthy of carrying it.

Yes but i think you'll find that the wba doesnt rank all contenders..
Proof is..Peter and toney arent on it ...at least them
And you try tell me that all those fighters on the list you put out beat them..
So thats no legitimate ranking of the entire division...
The Ring magizine ranking is the recognised ranking system..

And plus you even admitted ..I didnt see the fight..
Well i stuck it on my thread for you to see it and you havnt watched it..
So watch it and tell me oh toney on his belly bla bla bla

Your "OFFICIAL" rankings are from nothing more than a sanctioning body that charges money for people to fight.
Ruiz is ranked 5th according to your "OFFICIAL" rankings. I'm guessing you've been following the sport for less than a year.

The WBA ranks people and hands out titles for one reason, to rake in sanctioning fees.

For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

Its true killersheep is totally right!!

Theres no heart in sanctioning bodies.. Dont try tell me theyr real with theyr shit..

They want the money..How you think ruiz has got two wba titles and a title eliminator in his recent past?
Perhaps money making? perhaps don king's wheeling and dealing?

The wbc has lost alot of credibility too!!
I mean.. Tzsyu dropped the lww title, gatti and some other italian dude..Face off for it..And then They allow floyd to keep picking up and dropping titles just like he did when he took out gatti..
And how come Oscar beats mayorga in what julyor something was it? And hasnt been made to make a mandatory defence of his light middleweight crown..They are just happy to have fighters holding theyr belts who can afford the sanctioning fee's is all!!

As a official ranking that would look about right...
Thats mainly records bieng scored i'd say...
But as a fan or in the knowledge of the fighters and theyr styles's i have toney and brock higher..
brewster prob comes about 6..Lyakovich is confusing ..Not a good showing against briggs so im not passin judgement until he fights again
and valuev imo maybe only just makes top five..If that..maybe 7?
He has fought in europe toooooo much
