I'm about the whitest kid on the planet. But I keep seeing it referred to as tee so I kind of adopted it. Swung back and forth on the topic but ended up going with tee.

amat cc to you for bringing this up. Also ccs for everyone who posted links..

I've looked on ebay a couple times in the past to try to find boxing tees, but they're are always in xxl or have some crappy design.

I have to admit I thought about stealing that style from CMM in that pic of him and Cotto. Vintage boxing tee and a blazer over top, damn that is a nice style right there. Gotta do it before it catches on and Gap and Express come out with their own line of boxing shirts..it will happen!

Haha half the reason I posted it in Lets Get it On was because I've seen Micks shirts before and I've always been jealous and I saw Mick was viewing the board

I didn't know you were talkin bout the Hendrix ones. I got 4. I wear them A LOT

Here's the first and one of my favorites shirts period. Jimi Hendrix Stone Free. I was at the airport a while back and I had na itenirary change so I got selected for the screening thing automatically. Well when I went through the TSA agent, he was a real cool black dude, he said STONE FREE and started laughing and he gave complements on the shirt and everything. So then he took me asie to pat me down swab my shoes and before he went through my jacke he asked if I had any weed in it. I told him no and he was like alright just makin sure because I would let you stash it just so long I didn't have to see it. I said thanks but no thanks but he was a cool dude.

Here's another one actually got it for Christmas from my brother. I like the whole black/white thing, since it goes with all my shoes and everything. Nothin on the back and the writing says "For the truth today" with Jimi signed under it.

The other ones I haven't ever found oline in the past or anything. It's another black/white one, this one more similar to the first one in the way it's drawn up. It's Jimi playin guitar on the left side of the shirt takin up the whole side and his signature goes across diagonally in bright red. It's actually a pretty sick shirt even though I don't have much red to go with it you don't really need it.

The other is probably the oe you see all the time, it's a pretty small logo with Jimi playin guitar with wings in the background and Voodoo Child written in yellow just below. It's gotten a little small though. I bought it at Mervyns so it shrank easy.

Clothes are pretty important to me, got a bunch of Jimi Hendrix tees and everything but don't have any really good boxing shirts in my closet. I have a few handouts, a few Kings Gyms shirts but that's about it.

So people, where do you get your stuff? Online or stores w/e, but I haven't found anything outside of a couple of Ali adidas shirts and Everlast's lineup.
Most of my boxing shirts have come from the actual events...but for the love of me...I don't have a clue where in the hell they all are. I used to have 'em all sealed up in plastic so that nothing would happen to em. Never wore 'em once.

Let me give you a bit of advice amat on one thing...ebay is a great thing...but...BUT...DO NOT BUY ANY TEE'S OFFA EBAY!

There is a lot of amatuer screened shit on ebay that will wash out after about 3-4 washes.

I used to get on & buy a buncha "quirkies & oddities" type tee shirts. A bootleg tee is the worst.

    Nothing but disappointment.

Anywho...I'll do some searching & see if I can track down a link or two for you some boxing tees for ya.
