Do you think that RJJ would agree to that at this stage of his retirement? Nor B-Hop forthat matter...they both believe themselves to be the bigger name and both want the bigger share of the pot, although I imagine RJJ just wants it to get a better deal for fighting against some bum from Bucket, Nebraska at the Nebraska County Fairground. H's washed up and really, B-Hop ain't so much better.

If they both went at it though, it would still be worth a look IMO.

In their primes...Roy would win. Too strong, too fast, and just as smart. Now...Hopkins would. Just a better conditioned fighter at this stage and more importantly, he doesn't have the ill effects of recent knockouts lingering over him. It will be a boring fight though...both are pretty reluctant to exchange at this stage of their career's.

This doesn't add to either ones legacy in my opinion. What's b-hop got to gain from fighting an old way past it rjj? I also think the first time they fought b hop wasn't really in his prime, since his prime came later than most, relied a lot on his learned craftiness that came over time, but even so if it was a prime rjj and a prime b hop I think h'd beat bhop, just due to style. Doesn't necessarily make rjj the greater fighter.
