Because he looked AWFUL. There's no more damaging loss then a loss in which you look scared imo. He had the tools to beat Miranda just didn't use them because he didn't have confidence in himself.

Yeah he did. 2006 was supposed to be his year but he had good performance then a bad one each time out. He's inconsistent...and he and Linton traded off every other round that fight.

They aren't hating on him, if they are it's because of his own mouth, but are we just supposed to ignore this fight? Just like you said we were supposed to ignore the McCrary knockdown?

Honestly, as a huge Lacy fan and someone who's heard the "Green destroys Lacy" argument so many times, this Green backlash feels kind of good. I would like to see Lacy now destroy Green and then face Miranda.

His shining victory was against a bum that only had a few pro fights Jaidon Codrington in which he brutally KO'D him

Jaidon Codrington is NOT a bum by any means. I do not like the sucker and he has man boobs, but he's got loads of power and talent. He just got caught cold and was brutally KO'd by Green. Its true that Jaidon only had a few fights, like 6 or so when he fought Green, but he was a standout amatuer, he has been fighting and winning since the Green loss, and can still be a real threat in the division some day.

Props to Jaidon if he does come back. He would be the first to come back after a KOTY and make something of himself. Others have like Kalambay and Rahman but none have really had outstanding success. Put any undefeated 8 win fighter in with any undefeated 20 win fighter and I guarantee 9 out of 10 times the 20 win fighter wins regardless of potential or amatuer career or an of that. There is just to much stuff you learn as a pro between those fights to match up. I hated that matchup wihen it was made and I wasn't even high on Green.

im not hating im more frustrated at green because like people have said he had tools to beat miranda he had 3 inch height advantage but yet smaller guy was out jabbing him he just run all night and he should of atleast tried to put some hurt on miranda and atleast try win the fight like harold ledderman said there was only one guy trying to win fight and that was miranda i mean even when miranda had it in bag he still risked it by closing show by knocking green down twice


and one last thing when green did knock miranda down why didnt he go all over him ?? i dont understand green could of won but he just run all night and im sorry if you take that as hating but thats truth
