So Hopkins realizes that Pac is a real fighter and Floyd is taking the easy route. What's wrong with that?

easy route as in not opening up and taking shots, just pucnhing and moving like hopkins did in the tail end of his career? or easy route as in moving up up LMW and with the exception of maybe mosley the hardest fight out there for him? (IMO)

I'm one of the few guys in here that complains about Floyd but not about his dancing in the ring. My thing is his level of competition.

Floyd fans are cheating themselves if they give him the satisfaction of feeling like he's leaving on top. It should be made clear that he has to fight big fights against great competition like Mosley, Cotto, etc... if he wants his place in history. The thing is, he has a great chance to beat my boy Cotto and whoever else outside od Winky so that just makes it all the more inexplicable that he doesn't take those fights.

There is plenty of reason to believe he is afraid of those types of challenges.

Meanwhile, Pac fights legeng after legend and mostly winning. Everyone says that Morales was done by the time Pac fought him the second and third times but if you really want to look at it that way, he was spiraling downward since the end of the first Pac fight. So who's to say Pac didn't do that to him.

He nees a few 'huge' fights before retiring yes, he hasn't fought piss poor fighters in hi last few matches, but they wern't they fights legends are made from. But fighting oscar is as big a fight as any now surly? Oscar will be harder for him than cotto, toni, hatton pretty much anayong apart from maybe mosley...

Oscar is a dangerous fight for him but keep in mind that this is only his second fight in the last 3 or 4 years.
