I think there should be 2 belts per division. You could have 2 champs and periodically match them up against each other.

I was looking thru the beltholders this morning. There was only one fighter in any division who holds more than one belt, and that's Jermain Taylor. He holds two belts at 160.

What is the biggest joke of all is that the 3 guys who are clearly the 3 best fighters in the world... Floyd, Winky, and Pac... own a combined zero belts. That tells you all you need to know about whether belts matter anymore. They mean nothing.
