lol, it would probably be a huge luxury boat with apartments costing 5 million dollars each, a population of maybe 500 elite people and the boat just travels the world. When a resident wants to leave they have private jets and copters on the boat that take them wherever they want to go.

Man I'd love for a submarine and an arsenal of torpedo's if that were true
