I did do it, I just wasnt guilty of the crime they charged me with. Some twat picked a fight with me, I punched him and broke his jaw. He told all his mates and family that there was ten of em so's not to look a cunt and CCTV showed it was just me, hence no case.

Chances of getting a Prison sentence in a magistrates is v slim (slap on the wrist court for shoplifters and tv license dodgers)
Crown court is your serious one where they try Murderers etc.
Fannying around in skips etc will go down as criminal damage so you'll be in a magistrates

In 2000 I was charged with Grand Theft, did 2 days untill my hearing Monday morning where the prosecutors didn't even show up and my charges were dropped.

Since no one showed up, was very lucky really.....

I floored a policeman around 8 years ago because he actually hit my missus on the leg with his baton
She was just trying to get out the way when a really bad pub fight erupted(i had to pull my mates tounge out of his throat as he lay their unconcious with a fractured skull)
The CPS lost the doctors report that stated her bruising was 100% caused by a strike with a blunt instrument.
I got convicted (assualt on a police officer) of that but what do you do in that situation?
