Darn I think it may have come across that I was recommending people don't dance if they want to do boxing.. Or infact dancing won't improve footwork...
I guess I was just adding another thought or another point to the discussion for people to think about.. In my actual opinion, you can't really do to wrong with anything that loosens you up and improves coordination. I like dancing myself actually, and certainly don't feel it's affected my stance or boxing footwork at all, but man KT couldn't put to dance steps together and it just made me think a little just how much training a boxer really does to get his feet to move the way they do...
Anyway just thought i'd clear that up for everyone as I don't wanna start being known as the boring old bastard that comes in and kills all the fun in everyones posts

What type of dancing? Disco? Break? Attempted a bit of ballroom while sparring the other night, didn't help me land a punch but it sure did piss the guy off.
