Remember the good old days, we miss you Marco!
Baby Bull beats Freitas on points. Outworks the hell out of him. That's option one.
Option two. Baby Bull's chin seems bad ass so far, but maybe hasn't been tested with a puncher like Freitas
Does anyone know if they will be airing this fight on tv azteca?
I'm going with popo on this, diaz don't empress me much.
I haven't seen popo since a long time, but this guy could knock out an heavyweight...he has so much power...
He should crush Baby bull, if he doesn't succeed, he should retire....
i guess i was wrong, but popo is a done deal he just ain't the same but atleast he still beat raheem.Originally Posted by Julius Rain

It was close but in a John Ruiz type of way. Raheem did nothing to win that fight. It was no robbery by any stretch of the imagination. Raheem should have been deducted points several times that fight.Originally Posted by Starr
yea popo should of knock him out silly. but popo is past it since he lost to chico lucky for raheem.Originally Posted by amat
Diaz looked a little fat to me....it's so bad when a boxer of Freitas' stature quits.....mainly because he had quit before.....you can't just quit when the going gets tough.
Freitas is now in my opinion a BUM.....he still had the oppertunity to win that fight and he quit like a little bitch
Well from this fight I can say this about the two fighters.
#1) Freitas has very little heart and is done. He should not fight anymore unless it is a final win or two on some C level opponents. You don't quit on your damn stool unless the doctor says you are gonna die from like an emminent heart attack or something if you continue.
#2) Diaz is a workhorse and uses some wicked combinations of hooks and uppercuts. He is a really good pressure fighter and seems to have a pretty good chin too, seeing some of the clean shots landed on him by Acelino Freitas didnt seem to do much to him. I look for him to be in the game for quite some time and seeing he is this good already, who knows how far he can go? Pacquiao and him could be really interesting seeing as Diaz is the bigger guy and Pacquiao...well he's freakin Pacquiao. Can't wait to see if that one materializes.
I don't think Diaz will be too big of a star but he's doing well for himself. I think he needs to get in better shape though
I agree he looks kind of soft and out of shape, but he didnt seem to look out of shape stamina wise as he set a really fast pace in that fight last night and did not look tired at all. I think he will be a huge star one day if he stays in the game.Originally Posted by Lyle

question
how do quit a fight but raise your hand up like you won?
...I don't know, maybe he's actually FrenchOriginally Posted by 'The Boxer'
