I think Hatton broke his spirit.

I still like his fighting style.
Hatton never broke his spirit? Did you see Hatton's face?? Hatton just won a fight that's all, Kostya's credentials are not affected at all by this loss and as for his credentials as a person he is a credit to the sport of boxing and has conducted himself in an exceptional manner in and out of the ring.
Kostya just got old in that fight, he was 36years old fighting against the odds and i remember watching the weigh in and thinking then he was in trouble against Hatton, he looked drawn and gaunt and not the Kostya Tszyu at his peak.

A great fighter. As people have mentioned, his timing was superb. He was also deadly accurate with both hands and a very smart in the ring. Would have loved to see him face Floyd in his prime.

I think the respect kt is recieving now is a lesson to all boxers. He was nice all the time, this may have meant he didnt get all the fights he deserved but in the long run he made enough money to be comfortable, cleared out a division, and is respected.

I did meet this guy from his team once and asked him about a possible Floyd fight and he told me that it was a done deal if he beat Hatton. Oh well!
