I don't buy any of this crap, but if it does happen I hope Tito Knocks his a** out. The only fight Taylor should be even thinking about is Pavlik, that's it. And after how Pavlik performed in HBO it should make decent money. If Taylor keeps taking on these types of fights he won't last long. He will eather underestimate someone he persieves to be easy pickings or he'll get soft and be pounded once he takes on some real competition.

Lets assume for a minute that this is serious. Tito would have to fight somebody in order to make this fight possible and legitimate before he fights Taylor. Tito could challenge one of the other title holders of the division like Abraham or Sturm. This way people could see before hand if Tito has anything left, Tito would get his tune up and we would have a unification fight which is allways a good thing. Taylor would have to fight someone in the mean time...maybe Pavlik but most likely some overprotected stiff with a good reccord and no power(Sergio Mora comes to mind).

There is some potential here considering that Tito might look very good if he takes on someone like Abraham who could have his reconstructed chin checked by a big puncher like Tito. And Taylor might finally get that all elusive KO against a fighter who is simply not ready for him (look what happend the last time a "Contender" fought for a title).

A lot of bad things could happen as well. Tito might not have anything left(very likely considering his long lay off) and Taylor might once again underwhelm us in a lackluster performance against another slick boxer.

But I think the very best scenario would be if Tito wins big on his tune up the way he did against Mayorga. And if Taylor gets some balls and fights Pavlik, Pavlik might be too strong and aggressive for JT who has fought too many snoozers in a row and gets himself KOed. Then the ULTIMATE MEGA FIGHT TITO VS PAVLIK .....This of course would never happen, nither will Tito ever come out of retirement so again this is all crap.

I felt Taylor won the fight against Winky, but it was close. #141 though for making a great point. How the hell can anyone say Winky is a blown up Junior Middle when he's widely regarded as one of the best Middleweights in the world?

Tito should take this fight. His chances of landing his left hook on Taylor is much higher when compared to trying to land it on Hopkins, Winky and ODH.

If Tito takes this fight and wins, he has added to his legacy, and he will be the most sought after fighter. Calzaghe will want him again, and Hopkins would willingly come down back to 160 for a rematch.

And then Tito can say, "I am officially retired from boxing"
