Ufc is so unpredictable sometimes

where even the walkovers can win spectacularly.
It's been upsets nonstop recently, Cro Cop getting knocked out, St Pierre getting knocked out, Chuck Liddell, Wanderlei Silva got knocked out in Pride a couple months bag, this sport is crazy

this is another reason why UFC will never replace boxing in my mind...there is a much more "any given sunday (or in our case saturday)" factor to MMA. Upsets are less likely in boxing i think just based on the how finely a world level boxer can tune his skills and how dominant he can become because of that.
and im not saying its a bad thing...i like the unpredictability factor in the UFC though this wasnt like it came out of nowhere. i figured Rampage to eviscerate Chuck; figured Liddell's gettin up there in age; Jackson beat on him pretty good the first time and that was four years ago; Jackson was still up and coming; and Chuck's good, he's real good...but Chuck's about 34 back then...those four years of aging i knew would transfer way more significantly to Quentin's advantage, as he is now reaching his prime at 28 and stands to make way more physical gains, rather than they would for Chuck Liddell (who is an awesome fighter but let's face it he's not changing his style; he's pretty much staying one dimensional as always; so even if he has learned new techniques and moves, you can be sure they will all be used in the same offensive swinging, balls out, come-forward IceMan style), who isn't getting any younger and may soon have to move over to play second or third fiddle to the new generations of fighters coming in.
