Is this a problem just with Feuer's opponents or is the boxing community large enough there to do that too easily without being known for it?
Its a combination of power and height
How many women who have one punch power, have that kind of reach, and height?
What Im guessing is,it just looks like bad buisness.
Once we get her first pro-fight out of the way,she hits the raitings, and then we can start the chest thumping of calling people out.But getting that first one,has been a minor nightmare.
People get all in,then they find out about her,and decide there are easier fights to be had.
Most of the fighters in the 3 divisions she can fight in,are in the states, theres allways a better patsy

Kinda rude they don't do their research before accepting it in the first place but I can understand they need to think of their fighter's safety.

I definitely couldn't have handled a more powerful and taller opponent when I was having my first few fights and I'm only getting slightly better at it very recently.

The wonderful list of excuses weve had
    Cant find a promoter
    The cards full
    I have asthma
Im caring for my ailing mother
Im coming off a major injury
And at least this last one was a bit more honest "No way in hell shes fighting her"
I figure within the next few weeks,I should get "The dog ate my liscence"

I came up with that dog eating my homework excuse in primary school and it worked - thought I was brilliant pulling it off at the time - now I'm old enough to know she just let me off because I was a kid and my elaborate reenactment of the dog picking it up and shaking it to death made her laugh.

Not so cute/funny coming from an adult trainer or fighter though!

    The worst part honestly
I get the fight,I research the boxer,I start tweaking Feurs training,so obviously she knows a fight is coming, and I want her to see the fighter as well
The I get the phone call,or email, about the back out
And I have to explain it to Feur
    Kills me every single time
Shes put the work in,and she just wants to fight

To get my first fight I gave away 10 kg. From a safety point of view I don't recommend it but she was my height and the refs were extra cautious so even though I got an ass wooping I don't regret taking it. I learnt a lot from it and now I can out do the same girl.

Do you think you might need to put Feuer up against someone with a couple more fights under her belt. I probably wouldn't say give away weight coz it's gets dangerous when fighters are at a size where KOs are common but experience maybe?

I just say this because I get the feeling she might have trained longer and sparred more than a lot of the girls out there trying to get their first fight. I tend to think you wouldn't put her in if she was half baked so to say.
