How about Hagler vs RJJ ?

I see Roy Jones giving Hagler a tough night. Sometime's Marvelous would let guys get away with a bit to much (Duran). I don't know if (after being forced to make weight at a same day weighin the YOUNG 160 pound RJJ had the balls to take Marvin to task. Just the same... I would have like to see this fight. Besides BHOP, Roy is the only "modern" (12 round championship) fighter near MMH'S weight class that I give a shot with the chrome domed legend from Brockton Mass.

You guys should go watch more RJJ fights. The with all his speed in the world the guy never landed alot of punches in any round of his career....He could potentially hit hagler alot, yeah.. but that's not how RJJ fought.

Roy would not stop Hagler. Hagler was WAY too hard headed, and hit way too hard for Jones to open up with the kind of shots he'd need to put Hagler down.

That being said, as good as Hagler was I'd take Jones by UD.

anyone that know anything about speed/quickness...they both equal power...

in track and field sprinting is power..and in boxing roy jones' hand speed was that of a world class sprinter = power...roy had more than hagler...

Actually p4p i would say maybe Jones had more power Hagler was never one hit ko artist he used to wear guys down with short chopping punches where as Jones could turn your lights out with one punch aka Hill vs Jones and Hill went 12 rounds with Hearns.
