My top 10 is etched into my brain but I have never attempted a top 20 and never will. I fear it will result in many hours of erasing and crumpling, until I am surrounded by a mountain of wasted paper and pencil shavings.

Good list Big H, but I don't quite see the logic of including Schmelling over Baer. Baer beat Schmelling viciously. And I know Schmelling beat Louis, but I don't know how much mileage you can get out of beating a not yet in his prime, underprepared Joe Louis. Especially when Louis avenged that loss with one of the most dominant performances in HW history. I know Baer was lazy and arrogant and jerked off his title to the Cinderella man, but when Baer was motivated, (i.e. against Schmelling and Carnera), he was a beast.

I give Schmelling massive credit for the performance against JL, but tbh mate only the top 10 of my list are really in any order

I don't think i ever heard John Sullivan in a top ten list but to his credit was the first heavyweight champion with the gloves but i don't think he is top ten but then again never seen him fight.
