I downed a 40 oz. Mickey in the parking lot of Universal Studios in 25 seconds and I didn't spill ANY beer and I drank the whole thing there was some foam left but thats it.

I've seen people try to drink a 40 oz. fast but they usually spill beer and leave some at the bottom.

My other moment would be when we wen't to this sushi bar called Tokyo Delves (if you run a search you'll see it) and they have 'Sake Bomb' competition every party/table can send 1 person to represent their table and they compete to see who can drink it the fastest.
I represented our table I had already drank 2 Sake Bombs while at my table and then during the competition I drank 3 more. 5 Sake bombs in about 1 hr.
For thos who don't know what a Sake bomb is it's done as follows....

1. Fill a mug 'half way' with 'Sapporo' beer
2. Place your chop sticks in a '\/' form over your mug
3. Fill Sake shot glass and carefully stand/place on top of chop sticks as close to edge of the shot glass as you can. Be sure that it holds up and the glass DOES NOT FALL through.
4. Count to 3. 1,2,3 at the count of 3 bang the table hard enough to make the shot glass fall off the chop sticks and into the mug causing the beer to rise quickly.

The point here is to drink it fast enough without spilling any of your drink.
