Best advice i can give ya is youve got six minutes. Work every second of every round. In amateur boxing there is no feel out round and no time to waste. Let your hands go, go foward, move your head, cut the ring off and keep your hands up and youll do ok. If youve been training right you CAN work for 6 minutes nonstop. Good luck.
