Umm, well from what I remember, Ngoudjo was bent over at the hip, and as he was coming up was caught square and went to the side a bit. He took one step, crossed his feet over and stumbled in between the ropes. The referee didn't let Bailey give chase because I guess his glove touched the ground or the ropes held him up. He was definitely hurt, but after the standing 8 he was on steady legs. It was a punch he didn't see and he had bad balance.

CC and thanks, I wish I could've seen this fight, you'd think the Canadian sports network would perhaps decide it was a good idea to show a promising Canadian fighter, fighting on American network TV while fighting in Canada....

No kidding. And this was a great card, 3 very good Canadians in Herman, Pascal and Decaire (I know I mispelled that)

a fighter should never give away the last two rounds and think they gonna win a close fight..

I gave that first round 10-8, I didnt think Bailey won it clearly before the knockdown...Teddy was just pulling his usual road dog scorecard out. I actually thought it could either be a draw or Bailey won by a sliver. Ngoudjo came on strong at the end and stole it. The crowd was great for this fight.
