Can you please lead me to the person who thinks Cotto can beat PBF so I can back hand them.

Even I a Cotto die hard fan can tell you PBF beat him.

Your not just coming out on this end cause you were rooting for Zab, are you?
Let me go have a look at your prediction. brb....

Oh yes, my mistake FLOYD Mayweather Jr.....yeah he's a brawler with huge punching power and a heart of gold......a humble man, dedicating his life's work to helping the poor children of Chechnya

    I think Floyd beats Cotto.
I'd like to see Floyd fight either a rematch with DLH or take on Mosley while Cotto faces the winner of Margarito/ Williams.

If Cotto comes into a Floyd bout on the tail ofvictories over Judah & Margarito & Mayweather defeats DLH or Mosley the fight will definitely be huge!!!

Cotto will walk forward all nite to try and stop Floyd cause there is no way he can outbox him.But he carnt land enough punches on him and he runs out of rounds. A UD win for PBF.

I a die hard Floyd fan, would be foolish to tell you a fight with Cotto would be an easy nites work.. Cotto has heart, determination and is visicious with machine like presicion... He would have to defend better and cut off the ring effectively. If he can stay relentless and move forward throwing than he has a good shot at beating Floyd.

If he dosent throw while moving forward he will be like the zombie Floyd turns the majority of his opponents into. just contantly following Floyd and eating shots while coming in.

you rate mayweather wayyy to high to say cotto can't beat him... i would sure as hellpick mayweather to win, but no way would he win ever round NO WAY, it would be a close damn fight too and cotto has a good chance to win...

I do not think Cotto can beat Mayweather also, but Cotto has that quality where he makes the impossible happen. That is a great quality. But I do think that Mayweather will not give him the opportunity to make anything happen. He will turn Cotto into the same fighter he turns all guys who fight him into which are swarming guys who miss.

Some here may be rating pbf a little high...but i think all the hoopla about cotto is way higher.....two months ago we wouldn't even be putting cotto's name and mayweathers in the same sentence now he beats judah...which damn near everybody has and he is in any way a challenge for mayweather...would he win every round no, cotto is good at what he does but against pbf it wouldn't matter....just like they hyped baldomir, gatti, etc...the end result for a strong puncher that is that much slower than pbf is always the same. Easy UD for floyd. Don't let cotto's last fight fool you, but at least cotto wouldn't be using all this i was injured, drugged, molested as a child excuses

I have become a big fan of Cotto. Me being from PR and all, I just can't help but feed off of his energy and relentlessness in the ring.

I love the fact that Puerto Rico has another big name to cheer. But he does have a few problems that he can't help. He is small for a WW, he does not have the best defense and he does not take a punch that well.

These factors make me believe that he will have serious trouble with Margarito or Williams. Both of them tall, hard hitting welterweights. Williams in particular is a very active puncher which would be a serious problem for Cotto.

I don't think anybody can beat Floyd at this time. If anybody has a chance, it might...MIGHT be Mosley. But I'm not really sure he can do it eather.

The funny thing is, I think Cotto might be able to beat Mosley. He comes to fight and has good speed and power. But he is about the same size as Cotto and has always been more of a looping puncher. Cotto's relentless pressure and body attack would cause problems to anybody and if he keeps his hands up and his chin tucked like he does, he might neutralize Mosley's offense. Cotto also has a real good Jab (you saw how effective it was last Saturday) and this could give him a lot of trouble.

Like they say styles make fights so in the end I think....

Cotto can beat Mosley who can beat PBF who can beat Margo/Williams who can beat Cotto.

Cotto put on a great show and I love watching him fight.... but I can't see him beating Mayweather.

I think Floyd would be able to land punches at will against Cotto, and Floyd isn't going to let Cotto hit him over and over again like Zab allowed Miguel to do.

It's not a good style matchup for Cotto. Everyone always says that the way to beat a speed/defense fighter like Floyd is to have him face a straight-ahead body puncher like Cotto (or Hatton). And that's wrong. The type of fighter that could give Floyd trouble is a tall, rangy fighter with a long jab. Paul Williams hasn't proven anything yet, so I'm not using him as an example, but someone of his body type can give a guy like Floyd more problems than someone with short arms like Cotto. Think Vernon Forrest in his prime, someone with that type of body has more of a chance at an upset against a fighter like Floyd.

I think Cotto would cause PBF alot of problems. He has so much heart and hits hard. PBF would be everyones favorite due to speed and running away but this has to be both of their next fights!
