Hatton hits alot harder than Mayweather and Mayweather only shook Oscar for like 1 second Oscar wasn't really hurt at all and if Hatton would hit Oscar clean it would be whole lot different than what Mayweather hit him clean with i will tell you that now most of Hattons punches are power punches and if you look at punchstats in Castillo fight Hatton landed 81 punches 76 of them were power shots Hatton throws punches with mean intentions Mayweather doesn't
Mayweather throws with intention. He just doesn't throw very many. Mayweather punches sharper than anyone out there, he just isn't as big as some of the guys, but at his natural weight he was a hard hitter. Hatton doesn't hit very hard at all. He couldn't buzz Urango or Collazo. Also there is the fact that Mayweather has a better chin and stamina than Hatton.

Hatton UD or late stoppage, Floyd won't look like he's winning rounds when he's running because Hatton will never tire, Mayweather won't be able to do anything to keep him off and won't be able to withstand the constant barrage. Hatton will pressure just like Castillo and Oscar did but with more effectiveness and volume. Hatton's movement wins him this fight, he'll be on Mayweather like white on rice.

How do you know Hatton will never tire we only saw him fight 4 rounds since his last 2 fights where he tired.

He only tired a little against Urango and that was due to his cold. Honestly, if there's any fighter who you can be sure won't tire in a fight it's Ricky Hatton. If you look back over his career, in 12 round fights, I've never seen someone who could keep a pace and stick to it until the final bell, or the stoppage, like Hatton does. His fights against Oliveira, Maussa, Tszyu, Thaxton are just a few examples of a relentless pace being kept up for 3 minutes of every round until the fight was over.

I have no problem with a man supporting his favorite fighter...but the above is highly unlikely, IWHO.

Hatton barely got up against Collazo...& you think he eats one of the better, slicker defensive fighters of the game?

    No way.

Castillo was a long time ago & he still lost...as did Oscar...but Oscar had the success that most do for only a few rounds & Oscar had the size advantage also...which I might add...Floyd negated.

Nothing wrong with being hopeful though.

Floyd sparring 15 rounds with 5 alternating partners?

    That's a hell of a pace too.

    But again...Collazo. 147lbs. Floyd's speed & endurance.

Huge factors for Hatton to over come...& I don't think that he can.

That's how I see the fight going, and Floyd too has great endurance, all I pray from now on is that the fight gets made, and there's no controversy at the end, and we see who's the better fighter, I can't say any fairer than that.

Mayweather is on another level in terms of talent and remember to crack Mayweather, Hatton is going to have to break that tight defence Mayweather has. INO that hattons win the other nite was impressive but Mayweather (albeit contraversially) beat Castillo twice and he was younger then aswell!

This will resemble the Arturo Gatti slaughter. Everybody was saying the same thing about Gatti's body punching after he stopped Dorin.

Mayweather throws sharp punches but there not as powerful as Hatton's and how can you say Mayweather has better chin who has he been hit off for you to say that ??

Gatti is not in Hattons class.

He's taken punches from Corrales, ODLH, and Zab Judah, and none of them hurt him. Hatton was hurt by Collazo who is a super light puncher, and he was stunned by Urango. Tszyu never got a chance to land a clean right. Look at the end of the Mayweather-OLDH fight him and ODLH traded shots, and both of them just shrugged off the blows.

Corrales could barely stand let alone punch, didnt Judah drop him? Didnt Corley rock him?

    Dont pretend like he's untouchable.
