You know, it's funny because if Ricky is so pathetic as a fighter and a "bum", then why would Floyd lower himself to SUCH a low as to fight him. If he beats him he's just a bum. Well, maybe. For Mayweather in my eyes to be able to call Hatton a bum; he better blast his a## out of that ring. Because if it goes the distance and he scrapes by on points, Floyd in my eyes will be the bum, and I'll still be a Hatton fan, but won't be of Floyd anymore that's for sure. He didn't get upset Hatton won, he got upset because it didn't go the distance so he could tell the world Hatton took 12 rounds to beat an old f##k. You telling me shot or not Floyd wasn't surprised not ot mention pissed that Ricky broke Castillo? Any guy that gets that many wins isn't a bum, cause' sooner or later your luck will run out, and Rick has fought some good fighters. I hope he breaks Mayweather's ribs and they have to carry that guy out. I respect Floyd's abilities, but that mouth is bigger than the body it sits on.

You make some good points, but u also have to remember that Hatton says he'd beat Mayweather, so why is it ok for him to lose, but not Floyd to win via decision? Mayweather doesnt spark people out, dont mean he's not a great boxer thats just his style.

I understand your point as well, but I guess I came across wrong. I think Floyd has unlimited skill, and I love watcing him play chess with people and slowly break them down, boring or not to some. But no, if he wants to call Ricky a bum and has been calling him one for years without Ricky saying anything negative till recently, then prove he's a bum and k.o. him. If Floyd beats him, then fine. But to back up that talk, at least in my eyes, k.o. the bum. A bum should be easy to get out of there; like putting an amateur in with a prime Roy Jones Jr. As I said, I understand your angle on this, but Ricky sure never called that guy a BUM. That's a pretty harsh word for someone who has technically won more fights than PBF. And yes, I know he hasn't fought the same guys as Floyd so save your breath chastizing me. That's what I don't like about Floyd, his big mouth. I don't care if it's to sell tickets or whatever, shut the f##k up, cause' regardless of color, creed, religion or whatever I have respect for anyone getting in there. And it is not because I'm a Hatton lover, I hate it when he talks down to any of these men like little children. His skill is a thing of beauty, but his arrogance is so much that I doubt he even has a girlfriend; he can make love to his reflection in the mirror all night and be happy. Hatton is a VERY good fighter by anyone with credentials standards.

To post that he's a bum speaks volumes of someones knowledge or lack there of in the sport of boxing. (IMO)

I only think you'll see them shake hands if Hatton gets beat, I think if Floyd loses he'll be too busy crying, complaining or getting the hell out of the arena, I dunno maybe he might show some class at the end because he doesn't seem completely devoid of close ( i.e Jay Leno interview) but since Ricky Hatton's interview after the Castillo fight we've seen the same old Floyd.
