As far as saying that Sturm has no power...disagree.

He's got power...accumulative...but still knockout power.

at will and this guy wouldn't go down,sadly german tv doesn't do punch statistics...

I saw the fight live and i think it was a disgracefull performance by Sturm.
He let himself be outworked, never let go more then a 2 punch combo up untill the 9th round and was content to lay on the ropes and counter. In some rounds his punch output never passed 30 punches per round.
And that for someone who calls himself World Champion ?
I for one was very disappointed

If outworking means throwing punches in bunches(that even Sam Soliman would get jealous),but hitting
only 1 out of 12(or something like this),then Gonzalez Alcoba did great...

Sturm on the other hand hit nearly with every punch he did throw...

But I got to give it to you...Sturm didn't overspend himself in that fight,but then he already has to fight most probably in two month again vs Randy Griffin...
