    My first post

    A very effective tool to create motivation is to ask questions. That will make the boxer think boxing, come up with the solutions himself (or with your support, which will make him believe in the strategy more easy) and since one think in "scenes/pictures" the fighter will get at vision of how to box. Asking questions and discuss rather than giving orders are part of the leadership I believe in.

    So maybe u could ask him what he learned from the sparring and "what do u need to improve to do better next time?"
