You seem to be confused as to your own religion. Peace is a sikh or buddhist expression the muslim term is jihad which is its very antithesis

Anyway I do believe in God, I just happen to believe that he doesn't choose boxing as his vehicle of communication with the rest of the human race.

If you want to believe that God Himself is ringside for every Anthony Small fight giving him power and strength and helping to diffuse the force of his opponents blows that is your choice, although whatever lesson God was trying to 'teach' Small by making sure he got his a** knocked out by Pryce it seemingly wasn't humility :P

I actually do believe in an intelligent God who sustains the universe and through whom all things were created. To insist that he's ringside taking sides in every boxing fight intervening at will to ensure that the guy he likes best wins however is just a mockery of real faith.

Considering he rode the last punch, it suggested to me that he was ready to continue fighting. I really hope the loss doesn't have too much of a negative effect because he's looked the business to me thus far.

Sorry Mr Bernard's Zany Kicking Fun Norwegians, but I must disagree. Small was gone when the ref stopped it and holding him in there would just have seen him take more punishment before being KOd. Ultimately, even if he is unhappy with it, he has seen the recent incidents of ref's jumping in fairly early and should have known better than to play dead on the ropes.

I like him, the video was actually kind of funny and he's a decent boxer....i don't mind him talking about religion or anything else especially when it's a little sketch video he did on his own time he's worked and happens to be in a position where he's popular enough to get an audience so he can say whatever he wants imo....some wont like it and the cool thing in this country is you can turn it off. Actually jesus was a jew and its kinda funny you would say that he was a muslim because islam wasn't founded until around 600 A.D. (600 years after jesus was supposedly crucified). And if christianity is such a farce (mind you this is coming from an atheist), why is it that the calender the whole world follows (even muslims) is based off of it?

Well just to defend our muslim brother here, Muslim's believe in the same God of Abraham, Moses, David and Jesus as Christians and Jews do. They believe that all these biblical patriach's were men called by God to fufill a specific calling and revere them just as Christians and Jews do.

However a muslim believes that the true message of God was distorted and corrupted when written down and passed down through the generations in what was to become the Old and New Testaments and that both the Jewish Torah and Christian Bible now contain untruth's, innaccuracies and lies.

Therefore God came a final time and retold his message through the prophet Muhammmad. The Quran therefore is God's final word on the subject of man's salvation and corrects the errors and mistruths of the corrupted Bible and Torah.

Therefore from the point of view of a muslim, Jesus and Moses are indeed both muslims because they are true followers of God. Although the word 'muslim' came after their liftetimes they are still part of the true and pure message of God that the Quran restored. By the way, the word 'muslim' is merely Arabic for 'one who submits to God'.

I mean to use another example, many sceptics always scoff that the bible doesn't mention dinosaurs as if they have definitely proved the bible is wrong. What they fail to grasp is that the word 'dinosaur' was invented by Sir Richard Owen in the 1800's and didn't exist as word prior to that time, so obviously the bible and indeed the rest of the ancient world if referring to dinosaurs and experiences of them would have to use a different word. Does such a word exist? Well of course, the word dragon, which basically describes the same creatures as dinosaurs and the bible does use the word dragon in several places.


As you all know I am not a mulim or indeed a man of faith but it still irks me when people try and truimphantly disproves something by stating an obvious solution which is actually completely irrelevent.
